These terms are an agreement between you and SillyHumans Pte. Ltd., Singapore, the makers of ODDs. By using ODDs you agree to them.
Who can use ODDs
You must be 18 or over and able to agree to these terms. One person per account.
What ODDs is, and isn't
ODDs connects adults for anonymous voice conversations. It is not a medical, therapy, counselling or crisis service, and other users are not professionals. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
Your behaviour
You agree to follow our community rules. We may pause or close accounts that break them, with or without notice.
Free minutes and payments
ODDs includes free minutes each day. Paid features, when available, are sold through Google Play or the App Store and follow their billing and refund rules.
Your content
You are responsible for what you say. We do not record calls. Topics you type may be shown to others without your identity, for example in "Trending now".
Our service
We work hard to keep ODDs running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that you will always find a match. We may change or stop features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what other users say or do, or for indirect losses from using ODDs.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
