Privacy policy

ODDs is made by SillyHumans Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

The short version. We never record or store your calls. People you talk to only see your voice name and planet colour. You can delete your account at any time.

What we collect

Account: your email address and a password (stored securely by our login provider), or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
Birthday: to confirm you are 18 or over. It is never shown to anyone.
Profile: your voice name and planet colour.
Activity: who you were matched with, when, for how long, the vibe and topic, ratings, hearts, and how deep the call went. We use this for matching, your stats, and safety.
Topics you type: checked against our filter and used, without your identity, to show what is trending.
Safety: reports and blocks you make or receive.
Device: basic technical data such as app version and crash reports, to keep the app working.

What we never collect

Recordings or transcripts of your calls.
Your contacts, photos or precise location.

Calls

Calls are carried live over our audio provider (LiveKit) and are not recorded or stored by us.

Who we share data with

Only service providers that run ODDs for us: Supabase (database and login), LiveKit (live audio), and, when added, app-store payments and crash reporting. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and personal details. Call records stay without your identity attached so the other person's history still works, and reports are kept for safety.

Your choices

See and change your voice name and planet in the app.
Delete your account in the app (You → Settings) or on our deletion page.
Ask for a copy of your data or a correction by emailing us.

Age

ODDs is for adults 18 and over. If we learn that someone under 18 is using it, we close the account.
